Returns
We guarantee the right to return goods which did not fit you and was not in use.You can return the item within 30 working days from the date it was received.
In case of receiving a dameged product, defective or the one that does not comply with the order, we understand how you can be frustrated, so contact us immediately (no later than 3 days) in order to promptly send a replacement. You are our priority, so write to email: support@likebongs.com by attaching the product photo and specifying the order number.
Please do not attempt to repair the product yourself or use a damaged one. We can not make a refund, it's against the federal law!
If you follow all the above rules, we will promptly contact you and make a replacement. We will send a pre-paid return label which you can print and stick on the package.Stick the pre-paid shipping return label to the box, and drop it off at your nearest postal office.
If you decide to return the goods or make an exchange, please make sure that:
- The item was not damaged, there are no traces of exploitation
- Original packaging preserved
- The item is fully packed (in case you return the kit)
Please do not try to return us the used goods. We can not make a refund, it's against the federal law!

Сosts associated with the transfer of returned goods are to be paid by you . As soon as they are delivered to the specified address and checked by employees, we will send a message to your email address about the receipt of the goods and refund the purchase price or make a replacement. The refund can take up to 3 business days for the bank card from which the order was paid. Contact us for more information about other ways to return.
