The likebongs.com Team strive to do everything to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible:
- The orders placed from Monday to Friday until 12:00 a.m. (except holidays) are usually sent on the same day.
- The orders placed after 12:00 or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- The orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).
We reserve the right to process orders up to 3-4 business days.
We make every effort to safely and reliably ship your order, but there are exceptions. In case of receipt damaged goods, defective or those which do not correspond to the issued order, please click on the link
The parcel will come to you in a non-branded package, so you can be assured of your privacy. However, "likebongs" will be on your credit card statement. We can not change this and apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
All of our products are traditionally and solely intended for tobacco use or concentrated essential oils, only for adults. We do not ship to underage persons. Likebongs.com delivers orders through the courier service USPS. It's the fastest and most reliable way to deliver light goods. The shipping cost is determined by the weight and size of your order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that has your tracking number. This may take up to 24 hours.

We can not guarantee the exact date and time of arrival. Although we try to prevent any delays, orders can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. It is strongly recommended that you keep track of your parcel yourself. We require an adult’s signature (over 21) on delivery.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate postal address. If the package can not be delivered due to incomplete or inaccurate information, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer in addition to the handling fee of $ 10.
All Military Post Offices (MPOs) have restrictions on items that we can ship using the APO/FPO system. Therefore shipping likebongs.com products to APO/FPO mailboxes is impossible.
If you have issued a delivery outside the United States, you are solely responsible for the goods to be legally imported into the country of destination. Goods confiscated by customs authorities will not be returned or resent. Any additional customs fees, penalties or tariffs are carried out at your own expense and are not included in the shipping cost. When customs clearance procedures are required, this can lead to delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.
